We are responsible for packages that are lost during transit to their intended destination. However, please note that we are not responsible for packages with incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is marked as delivered at the destination, we cannot be held accountable for it.

Returns
Please be aware that all earrings are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Additionally, any items purchased during a sale are also final sale and cannot be returned.
Rest assured that all of our items are carefully handmade, inspected, and thoroughly cleaned before shipping. If an item doesn’t fit, we offer a “5-day after arrival” exchange policy for resizing, but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns.
